"Bathrooms was easy to find"
Had a really good visit, and I was glad there was restrooms around whenever we needed them. With kids, that kind of thing matters a lot lol. They was easy to spot and not too far off, which made the whole day feel way less stressful...

I ordered a plush and a mug from the zoo shop, and they showed up really quickly. The checkout was super easy too, which is always a relief because who wants a complicated gift shop order? My niece absolutely loved the plush, how could she not?

"Worth it for our family, though renewal was a little confusing"
As someone who’s always trying to make family outings a bit more affordable, this membership has definitely been worth it for us. After just a few visits, we were already saving money. The only downside was the renewal emails, they were a little unclear, and I had to reread them to figure out what was happening. Still, overall it’s been a good value.

We bought our tickets ahead of time on Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, which I’d say was the smart move, but the entry line was still slower than I expected. We probably waited around 20–25 minutes, so it wasn’t terrible, just a little annoying when you’re ready to get inside.
The staff were friendly, and once they opened up a few more spots, things moved along better. Overall, I’d call it a good visit with a slightly frustrating start, but the zoo was worth it once we got in.

I ended up getting a bunch of really good animal photos here. There were plenty of nice spots to stop and take pictures, and any crowded areas were avoidable if you just walked around a bit

"I had a great time checking..."
I had a great time checking out all the animal exhibits. There were way more animals to see than I expected, so it was easy to spend a good chunk of time just wandering around. The staff were helpful too, when I asked a question, they basically said, “Take your time, there’s plenty to explore,” which was definitely true. Really fun visit overall

"Really Impressed by the Aquarium"
We mainly went for the aquarium, it was better than I expected. The tunnel with the fish and sharks swimming right over you was easily my favorite part. Everything looked clean and was easy to walk through, even with kids stopping every two seconds to point at something. The staff were friendly when we had a question too, which always says a lot about a place. You can tell they actually care about keeping things well-run, and that matters. Bought our tickets on Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium and it was super simple with no issues. We had a great day and I’d definitely go back.

"We took the kids to the Omaha…"
We took the kids to the Omaha Zoo and had a really good time. There’s a ton to see, and it was easy to get around even with a stroller, which I appreciated. A few spots got crowded, and the food was a little pricey, but I kind of expected that. The kids were obsessed with the aquarium and the jungle area. It felt like one of those places that’s bigger than... well, we definitely didn’t see everything. We’d go back again for sure

"Good visit, but the seating situation tested my patience"
Overall, it was a good visit, but the seating was kind of a pain. There wasn’t enough shade, and the spots to sit felt limited. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but being forced to just stand around and be patient when you’re hot and tired gets old fast.

"Really Good Info on Conservation"
I checked out omahazoo.com before we went, and I really liked that it had more than just the basic ticket prices and hours. The conservation section was easy to find, and I ended up learning a little about the work they do with animals and habitats.
It felt honest and not like they were trying too hard to sell anything. I really appreciated being able to see how visits and money go toward supporting different projects.
The site was simple to use on my phone too, which was nice. It made me feel better about planning a visit. Really easy 5 stars from me.

"Friendly staff made the visit really nice"
Had a really good visit overall! We got a little turned around trying to find one of the exhibits, and a staff member stopped to help us without making us feel silly at all, which I REALLY appreciated. Someone at the entrance also took the time to answer my questions about tickets and times, and they were super nice about it. I’m giving 4 stars only because a couple areas were busy and it took a minute to find someone when we needed help. But everyone we did talk to was kind and helpful.

"A surprisingly comfortable zoo day"
In my experience, warm days can make zoo trips feel like a lot, but this visit was actually comfortable. We checked the site ahead of time for the hours and used it to loosely plan where we wanted to go when the sun felt strongest.
I really appreciated how many places there were to cool down. Between the indoor exhibits and the shaded outdoor areas, it was easy to duck out of the heat for a bit, especially when the kids started getting warm.
Omaha weather can be a little unpredictable, so I wasn’t totally sure how the day would go. For us, though, it ended up being easier and more enjoyable than expected, and I’d happily go again.

"Safe enough, but a little disappointing"
I booked through Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium and the site itself felt safe the whole time. The pages loaded fine, payment looked secure, and I got my confirmation without any weird issues or spammy pop-ups. I was a bit disappointed because I expected the process to feel a little more polished or helpful, but at least nothing made me nervous. It was easy enough, and I’d probably use it again.

I really loved the train and the Skyfari... both were such fun ways to see everything. The only downside was that the lines got kinda long at times, but overall it was still a great experience...

"Spacious and Easy to Navigate"
I was pleasantly surprised by how big the place was, but it didn’t feel confusing at all. The layout actually made a lot of sense, with clear sections and plenty of room to move around without feeling crowded. It was really easy to find what I needed, which I definitely appreciated
